About Me: A published Applied Physics major, with an emphasis in Chemistry and certified German translator at Purdue University. I have a passion for exploring and expanding the use of green technology and energy efficiency in Chemistry as well as everyday life. For me, the planet's scientific complexity is rivaled only by its natural beauty. Winner of Merit Scholarships from both Purdue University and the College of Science, I have researched 3 semesters in the Kenttämaa Labs, with my name on 2 publications by graduation in May 2009. After leaving Purdue, I will seek employment with either state or federal level environmental organizations like the EPA, in the hopes of one day establishing myself as a green expert, innovator, and entrepreneur. When not busy immersed in my studies and research, I spend my time composing music, playing classical piano, swimming, studying foreign languages and culture, designing websites, and occasionally admiring a good Rothko or Rauschenberg.
