HW1, ECE662 Spring 2010

Due at 5pm, Tuesday February 23, 2010.

Experiment with Bayes rule for normally distributed features. Summarize your experiments, results, and conclusions in a report (pdf). Make sure to include your code.
  • Suggestion: Experiment first with 2D features, and subsequently move on to a higher dimensional space (e.g., n=27).
  • Using Freemat/R is recommended.
  • Have fun!
