I believe the number of seats available was just increased both for [[ECE662]] and [[ECE662|CS662]]. So you should not have any problem registering now.
  
CS 662 is a cross-listing of [[ECE662|ECE 662]] (i.e., it's the same course). All the seats for CS662 are taken, but there are still seats remaining for ECE662. Just look for "Cross List Seats" and register for [[ECE662]].
