Professor Victor Lie has kindly agreed to take over the Putnam exam preparation class. As you know, the Putnam exam is one of the most highly regarded collegiate math competitions in the US. There is more information here:
The class meets on Tuesdays, 4:30-5:20 in UNIV 201 - Professor Lie will start teaching the class 9-23-14. Registration for the class is encouraged but not required. The exam itself is held on the first Saturday in December.
