3) a. This is similar to the example we did in class on Oct 31, 2008

         so there are 4 heads and 6 tails; this gives you:
         Pr[E;p] = (1-p)^6(p^4) now to find ML you take the derivative with repect to "p" and set equal to      
         zero and solve for "p".
  b.  same as above except Pr[E;p] = (n choose k) p^k(1-p)^n-k
