$ =\int_{-\infty}^{\infty}2u(t)e^{-st}dt $

$ =\int_{0}^{\infty}2e^{-st}dt $

$ =(\frac{-2}{s}e^{-st})|_{0}^{\infty} $

$ =\frac{2}{s} $
