Alice and Bob

Bob can decrypt the message by using the inverse of the 3x3 matrix that Alice gives Bob. He can break his message up into pieces of three and multiply those pieces by the inverted matrix and then change each decrypted group of three to the corresponding letter and bam, there's the answer.
