Memoryless System:

A system is called memoryless at time t if y(t) depends only on the instantaneous value of x(t) ,not {x(T) ;T<t)nor {x(t):T >t};.


System with memory:

A system is called with memory at time t if y(t) does not depend only on the instantaneous value of x(t).
