If n = 10,000 what interval gives you 99% confindence?

We are solving for e (epsilon)...

1 - [1/(4*n*e^2)] = .99

.01 = 1/(40000*e^2)

e = (1/20) = .05

We are 99% sure that we are within .05 of the actual p.
