    • E[xi] = expected value of the suitcase picked
    • S5 = S4 + E[xi]
    • E[(S5- Xi)/4] = (S5 - E[xi])/4
    • s5 = Summation of 10^i from i = 0 to 4
    • E[xi] = summation of (1/5)*10^i from i = 0 to 4
    • solve for E[xi]
