Periodic Signal

to prove a CT signal is continuous we must prove that there exists a value T such that x(t) = x(t+T) for all values of T

EX: x(t) = sin(4*pi*t) if we set T = 0.5 then x(t) will always be equal to x(t + T)

Non-Periodic Signal

a non-periodic Signal will not have a value of T such that x(t) will always be equal to x(t+T)

EX: x(t) = $ e^t*cos(5*t+6) $
