If you look at the probibility of how your friend was kicked off:

P[friend out | y=C , f=G] = 2/3

p[friend out | y=G , f=G] = 1/3

p[friend out | y=G , f=C] = 0

So if your friend is kicked off then it is more likely that he was kicked off becaus you picked a car than you both picked a goat.
